Terms of use — ADHIYA & AMIYA Learning Centre

Last updated 6 November 2026 (version 2026-10-29). Short and plain, because grown-ups have enough to read.

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and OPZIRO LTD, which runs ADHIYA & AMIYA Learning Centre. "We" and "us" in these terms means OPZIRO LTD: registered in England and Wales, company no. 17551076, registered office 209 The Heights, Northolt, England, UB5 4BX. ICO registration reference: ZC289840. Email: info@opziro.com. Website: https://www.opziro.com.

1. Who can have an account

Accounts are for grown-ups aged 18 or over: parents, guardians and teachers. You may add children you are responsible for, using a nickname (please don't use their full name). Children must not create accounts.

2. What you get

The ADHIYA & AMIYA Learning Centre is free, with no ads and no purchases. We try hard to keep it running and correct, but it is provided "as is": we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and it doesn't replace your child's school or a qualified teacher.

3. Keeping your account safe

  • Choose a password of at least 15 characters that you don't use anywhere else.
  • Keep your recovery code safe. We don't send emails, so if you lose both your password and your recovery code we cannot get you back into your account. Your children can keep playing on their devices, and you can start a new account.
  • Sign out of shared devices (Grown-ups → Account → Sign out). Signing out removes the children's data from that device; it stays safe in your account.

4. Fair use

Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, access other people's accounts, or use it to store anything other than your children's learning. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your data

How we look after your data is explained in the privacy notice. You can download it or delete your account at any time from Grown-ups → Account.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may delete accounts that haven't been used for two years, as the privacy notice explains.

7. Changes and the law

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll show them in the app and ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer.

If you think something in the app uses your work without permission, email info@opziro.com. Please say what it is, where it appears and why you think it's yours, and we'll look into it promptly.
